What we collect
If you use our contact or listing forms, we collect the information you enter — such as your name, email address, and agency details — so we can respond and process listing requests. We don't ask for health information and ask you not to send it.
Our web host automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of visit) for security and troubleshooting. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.
How we use it
- To respond to messages and review listing submissions
- To keep the site secure and working
- To publish business details you submit for a listing
What we don't do
We don't sell personal information. We don't use advertising trackers.
Retention
Form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, and generally deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you've sent us by writing to contact@homehealthcarenorfolk.com.

Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13.
